Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information. Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. Establishes entry priorities. Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
Process all rental application, checking references, job history, criminal records, and rental history. Process all new hire’s criminal background screenings, and previous work history.
Setting rental rates, negotiating and enforcing lease agreements. Addressing tenant complaints. Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work. Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses.
